Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of J Hibbert Dental Surgery in Crewe, Cheshire.

Established over 50 years ago, J Hibbert Dental Surgery is a two-surgery, predominantly-NHS dental practice integrated within Crewe’s large medical clinic, Eagle Bridge Health Centre.
It has been owned by Dr Jeremy Hibbert since 1992, who brought the practice to the market to pursue his retirement.

Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, the business has been purchased by three experienced operators, Rehan Alam, Nadeem Arif, and Ovais Malik, who have been looking to expand their portfolio of practices across the North West.

Watson said: “Having worked with Jeremy for some time, I was delighted we were able to overcome a number of hurdles to get the sale over the line.

“The interest generated was staggering, with multiple viewings and offers received, displaying the significant demand from independent buyers for NHS practices.”

J Hibbert Dental Surgery was sold for an undisclosed price.
