Established Cornish care home sold after 21 years
Christie & Co has announced the sale of Manor House Care Home in Liskeard, Cornwall.
Situated along Higher Tremar, the home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 16 older people, including those with dementia.
The home has been owned and operated by Bob and Nicki Broadhurst for the last 21 years, but the pair decided to sell to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Eve-Angelica Apperly and Simon Harvey at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyers, husband-and-wife team, Sveta and Darpan Patel.

Manor House Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
