Bunkers Hill is one of two care homes sold as part of the deal

NGA Care has successfully completed the sale of a 162-bed care home portfolio in Lincolnshire which specialises in residential and nursing care for the elderly.

Through a highly-confidential marketing process, the portfolio, which includes Bunkers Hill in Lincoln and The Valleys care home in Scunthorpe, has been transferred to Derby-based Oak Tree Care Group.

The two purpose-built care facilities were constructed and run by the former owners for over 20 years.
