Architecture firm, RM Design Group, has been given planning permission for an amended 70-bedroom care home and wellness facility in the Highgate conservation area in North London.

The redevelopment, commissioned by Mitesh Dhanak, includes ‘significant reduction of the basement area, by over 650sq m, and internal replanning to ensure maximum efficiency and new operational requirements’.
