Mark Page from Christie & Co with the new owner, Igho Egorr

Pharmacia Naturale in Hornsey, North London, has been sold three years after it was put into administration.

Located on a main road in Hornsey, Pharmacia Naturale is a busy community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 6,147 items per month.

It was brought into administration with Evelyn Partners in 2022.

But, following a sales process with Mark Page at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyer, Igho Egorr.

Egorr said: “I am excited to have bought my first pharmacy and look forward to working with my new customers.

“I plan to add new stock lines and several new free NHS services.”

Page adds: “We received multiple offers for this exciting North London pharmacy opportunity.

“Pharmacia Naturale has a council landlord, so we were able to get new terms, albeit it took some time and patience.

“I was delighted to see it sell to the new owner, Igho, as this was his second attempt to buy a pharmacy business.”

Pharmacia Naturale was sold for an undisclosed price.
