International real estate advisor, Savills, has announced the appointment of Alan Bennett as a director in its healthcare and senior living team.

Based at the firm’s Margaret Street head office in London, Bennett will focus on valuations work within the market-leading Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in the valuation of trading operational entities and commercial property, with 18 years exclusively in the healthcare market.

Most recently, he was a director in JLL’s Healthcare team, specialising in valuations for accounting, loan security, and partnership purposes across the UK.

The appointment marks his return to Savills, which he originally joined in 2006 and was in the firm’s healthcare team for over five years.

He said: “The demand for accurate and insightful valuation advice is stronger than ever and I look forward to working with the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.”
