Care home developer and operator, Cinnamon Care Collection, has taken a £13.5m loan to refinance Oakley Grange care home in Warwick.

Oakley Grange has 66 fully-furnished ensuite rooms with level-access wetrooms and five deluxe care suites.

Cinnamon has a portfolio of 23 sites, with another home under development.

The lender was Leumi UK, a real estate lender.

The operators and lenders have an existing relationship, with Leumi having provided £56m worth of funds across 351 registered beds.
