Healthcare Property is a publication dedicated to the healthcare property marketplace, published by Nexus Media Group (NMG).

NMG has been involved in healthcare property for over 20 years, from the asset management of PHP PLC to HealthInvestor and its market-leading events, including the Healthcare Summit and the HealthInvestor Awards.

We also publish Caring Times and run the Caring Times Owners Club – and we are now hosting the Healthcare Design Awards, formerly run by Pinders, celebrating innovation and excellence in the design of care facilities.

From here, it was a natural step for us to start providing our own property-focused coverage and events, so we launched Healthcare Property in 2023.
