Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of RA Arrowsmith Dental Practice in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

RA Arrowsmith is a three-surgery, predominantly-NHS dental practice located in the Worcestershire town of Stourport-on-Severn, set on the banks of the River Severn.

The practice has been owned by Dr Andrew Richard Arrowsmith for many years and was brought to market as part of his phased retirement plans.

Following a confidential sales process with Steve O’Connor at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Imperial Dental, a growing regional dental group with practices located across the Midlands.

O’Connor said: “This sale highlights the strong demand for predominantly-NHS dental practices that are well run and managed, with demand for quality dental practices continuing to outstrip supply.”

RA Arrowsmith Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
