First-time buyer takes on Warwick pharmacy

  • 30th September 2025

Day Lewis Pharmacy in Warwick has been purchased by first-time buyer, Mohammed Noor.

The standard-hours community pharmacy dispenses an average of 5,500 items per month and is located in a residential suburb on the outskirts of  Warwick, adjacent to Chase Meadow Health Centre in a busy mixed-use retail parade.

Following a confidential sales process with Carl Steer at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Craig Dickson at Christie Finance, the pharmacy has been purchased by Noor.

Steer said: “A dozen offers were received on this pharmacy, with a sale being agreed inside 16 weeks for above the guide price.

“During the sales process, countless enquiries were received, showing the scarcity of opportunities in the area and the current strength of the market.”

Dickson adds: “We were delighted to arrange the finance which allowed Mohammed to secure his first pharmacy.

“The funding package was provided by a lender experienced in the sector who was keen to support first-time buyers.

“Mohammed qualified 12 years ago and has previously worked for both small and large multiple operators. However, he had been looking to acquire a pharmacy for some time and viewed the Day Lewis in Warwick as an ideal opportunity for him moving forward, where he can add value.”

The pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
