The office is just a stone’s throw from the Department of Health and Social Care

Health Spaces is launching a new co-working space just a two-minute walk away from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) in central London.

The two-storey versatile space comprises casual and formal working areas, with open-plan seating and hot desks allowing NHS partners to come in on an ad-hoc basis to work or hold meetings.

These spaces are complemented with private meeting rooms for more-confidential, formal meetings.

And there is the potential to host events on site, too, with an onsite coffee machine alongside other refreshments and beverages.

The space has been designed to enable creativity, allowing NHS colleagues to get out of their busy working environments for a day to spend quality, focused time workshopping and brainstorming to get the best design outcomes for their project.

Flexible work environments and the latest digital technology enable a variety of activities, from masterplanning on the interactive wall and experimenting with 3D models, to sketching layouts and exploring finishes selection.

A Health Spaces spokesman said: β€œWhen it comes to healthcare estates projects, collaboration is essential and our new London hub will bring people together to work on innovative solutions to challenges alongside architects, design consultants, and specialists.”
