Achieve together, a provider of specialist support for autistic people and people with learning disabilities, has announced the acquisition of 18 adult residential homes from Outcomes First Group.

This strategic acquisition is a strong geographical fit with the existing Achieve together portfolio, further strengthening local support options for autistic people while welcoming the adult residential service teams from Outcomes First Group to a dedicated adult social care provider.

The integration of Outcomes First Group residential services into Achieve together’s portfolio will take place over the coming months, with a transition plan in place to ensure stability.

The deal was supported by Connell Consulting, which produced investor commercial due diligence.
