Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has been instructed to sell a care home development site with planning permission in Elie, Fife.

This one-acre development site is located on the eastern edge of the affluent village of Elie in the East Neuk of Fife and boasts panoramic sea views.

The plot forms part of a larger mixed-use development with planning permission in principle granted in February 2023 for a variety of uses, including the building of a 60-bedroom care home.
