Alban House Residential Care Home in Ilfracombe, Devon, has been sold to husband-and-wife first-time buyers, Baksho and Onkar Hayer.

Situated along Apsley Terrace, Alban House provides accommodation and personal care to up to 23 older people, including those living with dementia, learning disabilities, and other mental health needs, as well as younger adults with physical disabilities, including neurological conditions.

Alban House has been owned and operated by David Svenson for the last 25 years and was brought to market to allow him to retire.

Following a confidential sales process with Eve-Angelia Apperley and Simon Harvey at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Baksho and Onkar Hayer.

Alban House Residential Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
