Loughborough pharmacy sold to first-time buyer first-time buyer, Karan Pankhania.
The standard-hours community pharmacy dispenses an average of 6,564 items per month and is located in a large residential area in Loughborough.
It has been owned by husband-and-wife pharmacists, Dipul and Darshini Modha, for 10 years and was brought to market to allow them to exit the sector.
Following a confidential sales process with Carl Steer at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Pankhania.
Steer said: “Leicestershire has long been a hotbed of activity for pharmacy sales, illustrated by the speed of this sale, and the fact that we have another due to complete shortly, and three others in legal stages that will complete in the next few months.”
Outwoods Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
