Park Lodge Care Home in Carshalton, south London, has been sold to Krishnakaran Krishnabala whose family already operates two care homes in the area.

Park Lodge is an eight-bedroom care home that occupies a detached, two-storey property.

It has been owned by Kreshna and Pakion Munsami and Ashvin Goodoree since 2012.

Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Krishnabala, with plans to rename the home ‘Amethyst Care Home’.

Park Lodge was sold for an undisclosed price.
