Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Westfield Care Home in Willerby on the outskirts of Hull.

Westfield is a long-established ‘Good’-rated care home that houses up to 23 residents.
Originally acquired through Christie & Co in 2003, the home has been run for the last 21 years by Pete and Heather Donnelly who were looking to retire.

Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Wickens at Christie & Co, it has been sold to IH and KF Limited, a new entrant to the care sector.

The home was sold for an undisclosed sum.
