Webber House

Christie & Co has completed the sale of Seventrees Residential Home and Webber House, both located in Hampshire.

Seventrees is located close to the centre of the village of Fawley on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire and is registered for eight people with learning disabilities.

It occupies a detached two-storey dwelling offering all single bedrooms, plenty of day space, and a large secure rear garden for resident use.

Webber House in Park Gate is a supported living setting for nine residents and is located in a residential area within close proximity to local facilities.

The home offers 11 single bedrooms and benefits from a garden to rear, good day space, and a passenger lift.

Both care homes were previously owned by Auckland Care Holdings Ltd.

Following a confidential sales process with Charles Phillips at Christie & Co, they have been purchased by an existing specialist care home provider, Sandbourne House Ltd.

A spokesperson for Sandbourne House Ltd said: “The purchase of these two businesses shows our commitment to the specialist care sector and they are a great addition to our company.

“We look forward to getting to know the residents, their families, and staff and working to better the lives of those we look after.”

Phillips added: “I am really pleased that we have achieved the sale of these two businesses for Auckland Care Holdings Ltd and feel that the new owners will be very successful with their plans.

“These are the second and third homes the buyer has purchased through us at Christie & Co and it is a pleasure to be involved in their expansion journey.”

Seventrees and Webber House were sold for an undisclosed price.
