The long-established, five-surgery private practice occupies a former bank building in Prestwich, Greater Manchester.
And the character property, which sits on a commanding position on Bury New Road, retains a number of original features including signage and a unique vault door.
The practice has been owned by Dr Michael Haffner since 1990 and was brought to market to allow him to retire from practice ownership, although he will remain at the business as an associate.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Divesh Singh who owns a number of practices across the North West.
Watson said: “The Bank was a very-popular sale, with the practice only remaining on the market for a month before being agreed to the successful buyer. F
“Following completion, it is great to see the investment that Divesh has already made at the practice and I am keen to see how the practice develops over the coming years.”
The Bank Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
