Savills provides strategic advice on senior living development sites

Savills has been appointed to provide strategic advice to accelerate the delivery of two social care development sites in Cheshire.

Alderley Park is located close to the town of Alderley Edge and constitutes a best-in-class senior living development opportunity.

The site benefits from detailed planning consent for 139 C2 extra care apartments, with approximately 15,400sq ft of amenity space including a wellness spa, restaurant and gym, across 4.12 acres.

A further site on the edge of the vibrant market town of Knutsford has undergone a pre-app for the development of 158 C2 extra care apartments with an extensive array of amenities, totalling around 288,000sq ft.

Both sites benefit from close proximity to Cheshire’s ‘Golden Triangle’, with access to numerous lifestyle amenities such as restaurants, boutiques, and golf courses. They are also conveniently located within close proximity to Manchester Airport and have connectivity via the M6 and the A34, providing easy access across the North West.
