Care contractor appoints three board directors
Leeds-based care home construction company, Jack Lunn Ltd, has promoted three of its senior team members to its board of directors.
The appointments not only reward three high-performing individuals, but also form part of a strategic plan to grow the business across key performing areas.
The company specialises in delivering new-build private housing, social and affordable housing, assisted living, and care homes and refurbishment projects.
Under its expansion plans, Nicola Thompson becomes financial director, having initially joined the business in 2021 as financial controller and company secretary.
And, after 10 years at Jack Lunn, Rob Jerram has been promoted from commercial manager to board director.
Finally, Luke Simeunovich, who first joined the company in 2002 as an apprentice joiner, has also been promoted to help drive the future of the business.
Jack Lunn Ltd is associated with the Jack Lunn Group, a privately-owned property and development company in Yorkshire.
Chairman, Andrew Lunn, said: “The Jack Lunn brand is recognised for delivering high-quality, valued-engineered solutions for its clients and our family-driven values have allowed us to stand the test of time.
“My late Grandfather, Jack Lunn, was a real advocate for the old-fashioned art of conversation and a hands-on approach to establish intimate knowledge and trust with clients.
“Having Nicola, Rob, and Luke working alongside me on the board is both reassuring and exciting as we drive ambition through the next chapter of the business.”
